Dreams. Fears. All together.
Memories. More memories. All right, now I’ll unpack some.
Books that I haven’t read. Books I have read, but I need them with me at all times.
Nothings that I lie I am gonna finish, but are part of some process for sure, so too important not to bring.
Music. Music for the good times. Music for when nothing goes as planned. It packs light, I’ll bring it all.
A promise to write. To some, I will.
A notebook full of to-do things that I will never forget to do, but written anyways. What a waste of paper and space.
A smile. Two smiles. All the smiles that I’ve collected during the years.
Some clothes and shoes, some money too.
Courage to wander. Maps, just in case.
Zipping the suitcase. Feeling like hugging it. Feeling like forgetting it.
Preparing for the flight with strings of best wishes to keep me safe.
